Elaborating further on its range of work from home products, the company said its Hosted IVR solution will enable enterprises to setup a ‘distributed call centre’ and will facilitate agents in receiving customer calls on mobile devices The Hosted IVR also presents advantages such as dynamic call routing and call hunting The IVR service also assists teams leads in tracking the teams performance across various key parameters like received and missed calls ratio per hour, etc. TTBS’ interactive website offering helps businesses automate visitor’s journey on the website and provides tools to address customer queries remotely. The suite further offers ‘Auto Routing’ functionality which directs customer queries to department specific agents, and ‘In-chat’ file sharing. Its audio and web collaboration suite ensure seamless exchange of multimedia files across devices and platforms. Further it offers conferencing service which can be availed on monthly subscriptions basis and allows upto 125 participants. The suite offers file sharing, chat, record and replay meetings over a ‘Secure Conferencing Setup’.
Tata TeleServices’s International Bridging Services offers international connectivity at optimized ISD costs. This suite comes with a ‘Secure Calling’ password protected ISD calling facility. Moreover, the ISB feature also masks employee’s personal mobile numbers on international calls. To facilitate sharing of large documents remotely without compromising on security, the company is offering a secure document management system functionality. The DMS feature only allows authenticated users to access protected documents. The DMS further enables employees to work on the same set of documents remotely. T
