Microsoft’s sticky notes noted now available online: Here’s how to use sticky notes on your browser

Microsoft’s sticky notes have been one of the little but important features for desktop users all over the world and while the feature was only available offline, now Microsoft has made sticky notes available online as well on the web via your browser. In a recent development, Microsoft has launched the Sticky Notes under the OneNote domain on the web (Android, iOS and Windows) which means that users will now be able to access this feature anywhere. This further implies that you can now access or even edit your Sticky Notes from a Chromebook device, a Mac or even a Linux machine.

The online version of the sticky notes works in a similar way as that of the offline app and lets you format their notes while also offering the choice of choosing different colours for their notes. For the unknown, the dark theme for Microsoft’s sticky notes was recently launched on Windows 10, however, the online version of the features doesn’t support this feature for now.

When it comes to how Microsoft’s sticky notes work online, users can change the color of their notes by navigating to the menu options present on the top-right corner of the screen while text formatting options can be accessed by navigating to the bottom area. Moreover, you can also create new notes as well as edit the synced ones in the online version.

It should be noted that the option to sync Sticky Notes across devices was rolled out by Microsoft with the Sticky Notes 3.0 update around a month ago while you could only sync sticky notes between Windows 10 supported computers, earlier. However, now the option has also been extended to mobile devices via OneNote.
